The Coalition of Photographic Arts, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

www.copamilwaukee.com

200+ member arts group.  The idea here was a simple but effective front page that showed that this was a group of photographers by putting images front and center.  It required multiple logins for a tiered editing system similar to a news site and the ability for each member to have their own profile and gallery.

Shadowwork Photography

When Dave from Shadowwork Photography first contacted me he already had a website that he liked, the problem was that he lacked control of it and had to depend upon others to do updates.  Our solution was to rebuild the site using Wordpress as a content management system and put the control back in their hands.  The interesting thing about this site is that the galleries are all fed by already established Flickr feeds.  Why do things twice right?

What this site reflects is an often requested feature in an artists website, simplicity that puts the work front and center.  I love how clean this is throughout and it lets her tell the fascinating story behind each of her pieces.

Geri is an amazing nature and wildlife photographer who is very actively involved in numerous photography and arts groups. Her site needed to showcase her work and her aurora photo that we used in the header helped to pull it all together.

Another site that begged for simplicity in order to best show off his work while still using one of his own images as the background.
